Use this if Google sign-in, password sign-in, or the chat redirect does not complete.
Fast Checks
- Use the same email TRINITY has on file for you.
- If Keycloak asks you to update your password, complete that step before returning to chat.
- If Google says the app is blocked or the redirect is missing state, close the tab and start again from chat.
When To Ask For Reset
Ask Superman or Neo to reset the account if you are locked out, forgot the password, or see repeated failed-login messages.
